Cold Plate Cooler
- Banner's durable cold plate coolers include:
- aluminum cold plates
- shank assembly
- faucets with knob
- jumper lines
- Keg couplers, C02 cylinder, and regulators sold separately
- Cold plate coolers will typically outperform coil coolers in high volume applications and pour between 38°F - 40°F
- Cold Plate Hints and Tips:
- Ice will occasionally bridge up and lose contact with the cold plate, therefore the ice must be forced down periodically to insure contact with the cold plate surface
- Any water must be continually drained from the cooler
- The cold plate should never sit in water
